Motorcycle Lovers?

Here guys,

So today I came across a 62' Panhead and not sure if I should buy it. I love motorcycles almost as much as my girl (I love them more because they can't bitch back at you, but don't tell her that) But it is 'okay' condition looks like the last time someone rode it was 20 years ago. But... the guy is only asking $500 for it and the frame is in great shape, looks brand new and it's the classic one it's not a newer remade frame. in fact the entire thing is fine minus the engine. And that is the part that worries me.

I don't know too much about bikes, but seeing how much something like that goes for in good condition, I'd say it is a worthy investment.
