Hedging on the latter if we keep using our large scale data centers to generate mass amounts of fake videos like these, and low sighted chatbots. I can tell you this, they aren't wanting to build this for the 3 billion more people we are projected to have by the time their fantasy possibly comes to fruition. I see a lot of large houses and long yards in those artificial habitats, can't be more than 50,000 people on one of those you would think;)
 
If we give away our human meaning to expanding our knowledge without bringing along the lessons taught by generations of humans on community building and faith, we will strip ourselves of everything meaningful until we are hollow beings in pursuit of an non-tangible answer with tangible means. Why don't we try and take care of our planet a bit more before we go and rape the next few in our grasp for consumption?
