❗️ BREAKING: Opposition protests begin in the center of Tbilisi:

Protesters in Georgia took to the roadway and paralyzed traffic near the parliament building in Tbilisi. The protesters disagree with the victory of the ruling Georgian Dream party in the parliamentary elections.

Earlier, opposition parties refused to recognize the official results, and Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili declared “total fraud”.

According to the Georgian media outlet Paper Kartuli, the protesters shouted “Putin is a dick!” and “Rusebo!” (“Russians” in Georgian).

International observers documented vote buying and double voting in Georgia's parliamentary elections on October 26, the head of an observation mission said. Iulian Bulai, leading a delegation sent by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, spoke at a news conference held by chief election observers on October 27 in Tbilisi.

Georgia has Fallen:

After counting 99.6% of the ballots in Georgia’s parliamentary elections, the ruling pro-russian party “Georgian Dream” has 54.08% of the votes.

Opposition parties have collectively gathered 37.58% and have declared they do not recognize the election results or the count from the Central Election Commission.

This is despite the fact that exit poll by an independent Edison Research showed that the ruling party received about 40%. Also, on October 26, opposition media reported that the opposition had more votes (52%) compared to the ruling party (40.9%).

Dozens of government officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense of Georgia opposed the decision of the "Georgian Dream" to suspend the country's European integration until 2028.

They believe that without Western support, the country will remain face to face with threats and sink into isolation.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that they would be forced to use “everything” in their arsenal. They already use everything in excess but have shied away from rubber bullets ever since they blinded people in 2019 where the resistance takes roots from. I expect excessive usage of rubber bullets tonight. Because the regime must know that it has to pack their bags out of the country ASAP if they shoot real bullets. But they’ll want to compensate for the lack of real bullets with rubber bullets.
