We started noticing this last year and took the precaution of ordering a full year's emergency supply of both our prescription medications as well as antibiotics from Jase Medical. We vacuum-sealed them and stored them in a temperature controlled environment. Realistically, all of them should last several years beyond their expiration date, and if we get to the point that we need to rotate them, we can start using the stored meds daily and stockpile the new meds we're getting each month.
Several hoops to jump through to verify your identity and your prescription, and it wasn't cheap paying for a full year at once, but all worth it in my opinion.
