So, let me get this straight, the "deep state" is lying to us about Putin's health? Stick their head out, let it look strange. Wouldn't a deep state at least know to wait a couple days to have the other side say it too?
Here's the thing; there's no "deep state" in the way you are talking about. But a select few corrupt politicians are no conspiracy, and they control the US (and NATO and such). They do not control the authoritarians in the east.
Why would they lie about Putin's health?

Its easy to get caught up in these "connections" and "patterns", but like I said earlier, a cat has no facial expression yet people see facial expressions in them.

Conspiracy theories stem from people wanting to see order in a chaotic world that makes no sense because it is incredibly complex.

By the way, you will find it on conspiracy websites, all over. They just call it "Illuminati"

Putin's clearly fine and so is Biden, people will see whatever they want to see. It's easy to pass anyone as ill or demented with a collection of few photos or videos if they're publicly exposed all the time. It could be done against anyone of us.

P.S. The Illuminati would be a poor suited candidate for a collusion between Russia and the US, they were a german society that promoted atheism (which doesn't seem to be so mainstream these days in either countries), and they were eliminated fairly quickly as well a few hundred years ago.
Now something like The Fellowship (or The Family) would be a better candidate, considering their ties in Russia as well. Ah also the fact that they're still existing to this day helps.
