Kremlin spokesman says Russia is restoring bilateral ties with US, but Iran will remain an ally.
This tweet is probably referring to this article which does not say that but instead says that "Russia sees restoring ties with the United States as a long, hard task but believes there is political will on both sides to move forward".

🚨💪 (MORE FORWARD DEPLOYMENT OF WARPLANES AND TROOPS)

United States of America
A US official reveals to Al Jazeera details of Washington's troop buildup in the Middle East.

A US official told Al Jazeera that Washington has decided to strengthen its forces in the Middle East, revealing that the military reinforcements include F-15, F-16, and F-35 fighter jets.
The US official added that the deployment of B-2 bombers to Diego Garcia Air Base in the Chagos Islands is part of the reinforcements in the Middle East, noting that the military reinforcements include air defenses whose deployment locations will not be announced.
B-2 bombers are capable of carrying nuclear weapons, and there are only 20 of these aircraft in the US Air Force's arsenal. Last October, the administration of former President Joe Biden used these bombers in its campaign against the Ansar Allah group (Houthis) in Yemen.
In his statement to Al Jazeera, he added that the aircraft carriers Harry Truman and Carl Vinson will be deployed simultaneously to the Middle East.
He said that the number of US forces in the Middle East will reach approximately 40,000, with additional reinforcements, noting that these additional reinforcements are a message to Iran.

CNN, citing US military officials: Several fighter squadrons and air defense systems will soon be transferred to the Middle East.

JINSA President Advocates for Military Action Against Iran's Nuclear Program:

Source: Jerusalem Post

Michael Makovsky, President of the Jewish Institute for National Security of America (JINSA), has stressed the growing necessity for U.S. and Israeli military action against Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, citing the failure of diplomatic efforts.

According to Makovsky:
  • Multiple waves of aerial strikes may be required to dismantle Iran’s nuclear capabilities.
  • U.S. could provide logistical support, such as refueling and air defense augmentation.
  • Emphasized pairing military strikes with maximum pressure campaigns to exploit weaknesses in Iran’s economy and governance.
  • Warned that without regime change, military interventions may be necessary to prevent nuclear weapons development.

As of April 4, 2025, the U.S. has approximately 50,000 troops in the Middle East, including Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine personnel. Key equipment deployed includes the USS Harry S. Truman and USS Carl Vinson aircraft carriers, B-2 Spirit stealth bombers, F-22 and F-15E fighter jets, A-10 Thunderbolt II attack aircraft, and Patriot missile defense systems. These deployments aim to bolster regional stability and deter potential threats.

🚨 🆕 Iran's Supreme Leader could alter his fatwa prohibiting the production of nuclear weapons, citing jurisprudential, religious, and political reasons, as well as today's conditions and necessities, wrote former Iranian minister
@MohajeraniSayed, now based in the UK.
"With Trump's repeated threats to bomb Iran and Netanyahu's stances, changing this doctrine could be seen as logical and justifiable, and it could be interpreted as serving national and revolutionary interests," he added.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said on Saturday his country was willing to engage in dialogue with the United States as equals, but without clarifying whether Tehran would participate in direct talks.

It came after US President Donald Trump, who has called on Tehran to hold direct negotiations on its nuclear programme, threatened to bomb Iran if diplomacy fails.

Iran says it is ready to engage in dialogue, but refuses to hold direct talks under threats and pressure.
