Results of the military vaccine mandate:

They want to kill the military right? Thats obviously it here. Sack them! the military *gasp* has physical health requirements.
In other news, George Washington forced his troops to be exposed to smallpox if they hadn't already, (with a smaller viral load, milder form was the hope, but it WASNT a vaccine, and it killed people. yet washington said, millitary needs to be healthy even if some die! Wow! Shocker!)
In all seriousness, who cares? A good portion of the argument against the vaccine is people thinking its some government conspiracy, so why would you want to fight for the government you dont trust enough to vaccinate you?
Just saying. I understand the viewpoint(wasn't vaxxed until yesterday), but its the military. And its not unexpected or unprecedented.

If 71 percent of US youth from 17 to 24 are ineligible for whatever reason that only leaves 29 percent that are eligible. Now take 40 percent of that group and you're not left with allot of young men and women to defend the country. I am not an anti vaxer I have had the 1st and been boosted 3 times myself. "Who cares"! I care!

And what war are they going to fight? And if they did, what if they got covid 19 and couldn't function to 100% capacity? An outbreak of the sniffles in war, if we did have one, is a lot more serious than youd think.
Has it ever occurred to you the military knows how to run the military? And that they believe this to be the best thing for a standing army?
There are still plenty of people who will join the millitary, we aren't at a shortage, If we were, we would draft and force vax. But thats not needed. The US spends a lot of money on excess troops.

I believe you can still get covid even after being vaccinated. I know, trust the really smart people right! "The US spends a lot of money on excess troops". Nobody loves the warrior until the enemy is at the gate. Just like the Police and God, if someone is breaking into your home the first thing you do is call the police and pray they get there in time!

Yes you can but that doesn't negate my point. The vaccine makes it less severe which is all the military can do.
No I wouldn't call the cops, I would rather die tbh. Cops will find some bullshit to harass me over that isn't even illegal. Been that way my whole life. Too poor for freedom, I guess.
Nobody is invading the US. No war since WW2 has been about freedom. What enemy will be at our gate and require troops that isn't an enemy that would start a nuclear war?
I don't see how this could possibly lead to a problem, the US is not invadable, and if we ever send troops (that actually fight in the war, arent just stationed) to Ukraine or Lithuania. Well, I think we would have a lot more to worry about. And we could easily draft and force vax if that ever came up and we werent radioactive dust, whats a little training in a 5 year war?

My point there was that we ALREADY have plenty and excess troops, anyway. I get the point of having a millitary. But the millitary can make its own decisions about what can and cannot protect this country and its interests.

A lot of older people join...are you just wanting kids to join because they are stupid and you want them to die?...or because they don't have experience and you don't want them to get good experience so they can attain a good education/Job at a good age?
Do you want them to just take the kids because well...who cares about them..they don't make good money.

Why don't you complain about the older population not joining instead of the youth?
