China certainly isn't helping Russia either economically as they have their own interests and partners they trade/sell to already. Also can't magically flip a switch and integrate two economies in a instant too. That takes much time to build the Infurustruce needed to do so especially the great distance on land those trade routs between China and Russia would be.

I do. But it would be much worse for China. The West can also find new places to get cheap labor products,... many, many, many, countrys like China labor market out there to make cheap products and resources to buy/grab.

With a coordinated and planned effort the West would be able (not all at once) cut China out of the western market.

If China and Taiwan go to war with west intervention as sanctions, we are in grave danger well before new resources are found and factories and training complete.
China eg.1 . Pharmaceutical supplies globally.
Taiwan eg.1. Computer chip supplies globally.
We can't afford a minimum decade of supply chain and manufacturing issues in these fields alone. That is just 1 example. The implications are enormous and threat to lives and livelihoods would be catastrophic. But time will tell.

But the West can do it with a coordinated well thought out plan to slowly remove China from western trade. It is 4000% possible. We just need the will to do it. Pretty sure China invading Tawian will be a good motivator to do it!

Well just like in Russias case we can't cut them off right away like a flip of a switch. We are slowly going to lean ourselves off of Russian energy as we find or make new sources.

Same would be done for China. We would not stop all trade at once it's just not feasible. We would gradually shift all our trade somewhere else. Yes even durring a Chinese invasion of Taiwan, just like we are doing to Russia durring their invasion of Ukraine.

Where did the idea come from that humans were agreeable enough to actually work together to prevent world changing events.
This notion that we can actually change world history is Pollyanna thinking and not real.
