Couple of problems with this:
- Grain export by rail is inefficient compared to maritime transport, and the PL/UA rail links aren't that great.
- The current PL gov't is not keen on the idea of facilitating grain transit, as said grain ends up flooding the local market and outcompeting local growers.
- In general terms, the current PL gov't is... uh, how to put it mildly... well, they're not known for their smarts, and also not known for not being played for chumps by Russian intelligence - if you get my drift.

I get it. But maybe their assistance in moving the grain isn’t about being chumped by Russia, but a little pressuring from NATO.Couple of problems with this:

They'll probably do their part, but it's not a replacement for the Black Sea grain corridor.

Russian response will have to be closely monitored if in fact this convoy attempts to Sail.
Do the simply try some kind of blockade, maybe more mines, or do the strike the ships.
Or simply do nothing.

The Ukrainian-Turkish-UN convoy of 14 grain ships has set sail from Odesa, despite Russia’s renewed naval blockade of Ukraine. Russia hasn’t commented on whether it will try to stop the ships by force. Looks like the blockade will be broken for good today!
