This is not over yet and the matter is just the beginning:
The problem is - in what state they recognized these Republics? Because, right now they are not fully controlling their own territories and might ask Russian Federation for support to seize the full control of their districts, which means fighting.

The only disturbing thing is, he railed against the former Soviet republics leaving. What happens if he starts turning against the Baltic states?

He can rail against them all he wants. Russia isn't going to touch NATO countries.

That's why I said it was a brilliant move on Putin's part--the military is already there and mostly in place. But, after the 'so called clean up'---it's kinda like the guest who doesn't know when to leave. That's what will happen.

This is probably limited only to these republic. It just a begining in my opinion.
Us want to show a ressponse and keep big sanction for next move.

This further undermines Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, erodes efforts towards a resolution of the conflict, and violates the Minsk Agreements, to which Russia is a party."

Parts of Ukraine get invaded but this forum is still at Defcon 4.

Quick....this guy says Defcon 1...better do it.....back of the line chief. You must first understand the Defcon structure around here and what constitutes any meeting to lower the level. It is something the staff does not take lightly. Just because one country invades another does not warrant any reaction from this forum without gathering information.
