Was reading the new briefing released 2 days ago ( Nuclear War Risk & Stability Briefing – 20 April 2026 )
One thing that took my eye was this Nuclear armed Russian ASAT they've been working on for a few years now.
Another thing they could use it for would be one hell of an EMP weapon. Single blast in LEO could knock out whole countries' power grids. Not that they don't already have that capability, mind you.
I sincerely hope Putin doesn't ever try and use one of them.
