That's a sketchy account...as usual guys...90% of what comes from Twitter should be considered a fake unless confirmed by a proper source.

Reading from South Korean media that upon the initial declaration and subsequent attempt to break into the assembly by military, they were indeed attempting to do so, but gave up after the vote.

The chief spokesman of the opposition Democratic Party of Korea, Jo Seoung-lae, said that the military personnel who entered the National Assembly premises tried to arrest the opposition leader, Lee Jae-myung, the ruling party leader, Han Dong-hoon and the speaker of the National Assembly, Woo Won-shik.

This was confirmed by the New York Times.
 
President Yoon Suk Yeol’s own political party has urged him to drop his efforts to introduce martial law in South Korea, as the country’s political blocs unite in opposition to the move.

A consensus was reached against the effort during a People’s Power Party meeting, the Yonhap news agency reported, shortly after lawmakers in the National Assembly voted to block the move.

The party urged Yoon to “accept the National Assembly’s resolution to lift martial law and promptly lift it,” Yonhap reported.

It’s unclear whether the president will relent to pressure from his party and accept the parliamentary vote, which he is required to do by South Korean law.

Naver is not a reliable source as it often reports news that are totally fake (some kind of MSN or google news), like the one regarding the arrest, as it seems to be (for now) the only source. No mention on the SK bigger media.
And there would already be if it was real.

Regarding the latest translation, employees is wrongly translated by Google, it refers to "military".

Americans should recognize that Asian representative governments are slightly more strident in their application of power. It can cause unexpected disruptions whose effects are less revolutionary than one would assume.

I agree, Yoon ran a gambit and failed. Is he done for I can’t say. His power is certainly blunted.

Yoon was thinking that his friendship with Biden would have helped him in such kind of soft-coup, justified by "anti-statal influences".
Clearly was wrong.

He was already risking to get ousted by impeachment before all of this.
