On August 13, St. Lucie Unit 1 manually tripped from 100% power after three control rods dropped into the core. The trip was uncomplicated, the reactor stabilized in hot standby & Unit 2 was unaffected. NRC listed Unit 1 at 100% in its August 16 daily status report.
