Good. Was worried SCOTUS was going to overturn it in a politically motivated attempt to soil DEMS reputation since they won't be able to handle it being dissolved. But they actually made a decision to help all of America today instead of just the GOP. wow!

Cause you know SCOTUS is nothing more then a party political kangaroo court now bent to remove civil rights from Americans because some old white mem in America are scared/confused of things they don't understand.

I don't really know much about the origin of Title 42. Where does the Supreme Court get the authority to keep it in place?

Was Title 42 an act of Congress? Didn't it have a sunset clause?
