According to Syria TV, the SDF has agreed to hand over oil production in Deir Ezzor fields to the Syrian government following a meeting in Damascus between President Ahmed al-Sharaa and SDF commander Mazloum Abdi.

The verbal deal grants the SDF a production share, with integration efforts starting in Deir Ezzor, covering oil, civil, and security sectors.
