Syrian Transitional Government President Ahmed al-Shara announced that a "quadruple agreement" had been reached between the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), Turkey, and the US.
Al-Shara stated that this agreement is a step toward preventing attempts at division in Syria and that "division is a pipe dream." Al-Shara stated that the agreement is in the draft phase and that implementation mechanisms are being discussed, and that the SDF is ready to implement it.
