Updated graphs + data - I'll start putting these up once a week when the new thread comes up. Missing data for the future, because unfortunately my time machine is broken :D

(Click through for full size.)

I think these should be put into it's own seperate thread, so they don't get lost in the 20+ pages that often occur in 'The Listening Post', and so they can be easily compared with other weeks' statistics.
Just my opinion. Thoughts?

I concur. These are good statistics, and they should be taken care of in the right way.

Happy to pop them in their own thread :)

I'll put out another one at the end of the 30th to cover a week since I started collating data, and will then do one every Monday.

Might see if Google Docs can do the same pivot table stuff as Excel, if so then I can open it up for collaborative editing by all the other comms watchers.

Sorry for the delay. At 1035 Eastern, I caught a transmission on the 89 frequency from Andrews making a request for a phone patch. I've never heard that request before, so I don't know if that is routine or not.

36 character message coming in. Unaware of callsign at the moment.

Callsign is Hibernate.
UPDATE (9:02 AM): We've got a test count. Unaware of callsign.
UPDATE (9:12 AM): Another all stations message from Hibernate.

Another all stations coming in from Hibernate.

Nothing is coming through at the moment. Can anyone confirm on this?

Had some weird transmission come in on 4724. The waterfall shows it going slightly to the left every second, almost like it was a scanner or something. Anyways, it's gone now.

UPDATE (4:18 PM): All stations call, wasn't able to get callsign.
UPDATE (4:24 PM): Another test count.
UPDATE (4:27 PM): Same strange transmission.
UPDATE (4:41 PM): Again, there's that transmission. I'll check to see if this occurs on another frequency in the next ten minutes and come back.
UPDATE (4:57 PM): All stations call, but the call is distorted, so I cannot figure out the callsign. 100 character message, poor guy.
UPDATE (5:03 PM): Finally figured out callsign. It's Windtank (Yeah, I don't get it either.)

Morning all!

All was quiet until a couple of spikes through the night. I've migrated the spreadsheet and fancy formulas to Google Docs so will have a thread with link and details shortly. :)

That 100 char message was the longest I've heard in a long time, bloke sounded like he was falling asleep. 7 minutes for a single EAM O_O

I didn't pick up anything earlier in the hour (re your 4:18PM all stations), could you confirm the time in UTC for that one so I can double check the logs?

Glad somebody else other than me was listening. I felt like I was alone in a sea of military messages.
UPDATE (6:19 PM): All stations call from Doorbell.
TO HRNG: I can't confirm the 4:18 PM MDT in UTC. The logs don't stretch out that far, unfortunately...
UPDATE (7:07 PM): That weird transmission is back on 4724. It seems localized to there.
UPDATE (8:08 PM): A bit of a rushed test count. The one hour difference seems to suggest that this is normal.
UPDATE (8:12 PM): I stand corrected. Another rushed test count.
UPDATE (8:15 PM): Rather odd. Seems like one of the guys once another to respond. Anyone see, ahem, hearing this?
UPDATE (8:37 PM): Heavily distorted message. Can't determine anything.
UPDATE (9:45 PM): We haven't had a message in over an hour. This is a bit off...
