I wouldn't doubt that, but I'm not sure that's the pinpoint reason.
UPDATE (9:39 AM): Another message from Gallfish for Region Alpha.
UPDATE (9:41 AM): We're getting two different messages on two different channels, either that, or it's an interrupt.
UPDATE (9:42 AM): Nope, same message. Nothing out of the ordinary. Callsign: Gallfish.

You mean the sounder with the Pac-Man noises? That's normal. That's just something that comes in, and several messages tend to show up afterward.
