Not even going to lie: how you presented it I thought it was someone sneaking Percocet into the Prison.
It's no secret the rich go to a different type of prison. Some of which even have Starbucks in them, tennis courts, and massage parlors. Basically a adult daycare center for the ultra rich. Costs like $100,000 a month just to be there though. So not like government is paying for their lifestyle in "prison" they are.
