I don't think Russia will take to kind to this and i think this is some thing we need to watch out for

Russia is exaggerating. The Aegis has not been tested with ICBMs. I sure as heck HOPE they can intercept them. And we strongly urge the US to continue to expand its missile shield so it will intercept all missiles, who cares what the Russians think about it!
