I have not chimed in recently as I have been watching the patterns of deploy/redeploy movements from the little information we have. From a training POV, this still could very well be a training exercise to see how fast Russia can mobilize and what the response is on the other side. When in training there is always an objective, when that objective is met, the training is over and everyone heads back for an after-action review. The caveat is the objective has to be met, at whatever cost (simulated). We don't really know what the exercise is or what the objectives are but I know we did something very similar in Korea when I was there.

Alternatively, if this is a precursor so something else, I am more concerned with what we are not seeing Russia doing that has my attention. They are not trying to hide anything and going out of their way to throw mud at social media to see what sticks (PsyOps?). Maybe Putin is playing too much Command and Conquer these days. Have we seen any munitions being staged, supplied, or moved anywhere? Since 95% of what we are getting/reporting is all speculation I would invest in training until things go hot.

Most of the reports we are receiving are not speculation; they are on-the-ground reports from the AO. The speculation to which you are referring is taking place on this board.

Moving blood supplies to the front is usually not part of training exercises since blood has a finite shelf-life of approximately 4 weeks or so. That was the deciding moment for me on Russia's intentions.

When did they move that blood supply and how much time do they have left before it expires?

Plasma does. Whole blood does not.
Unless it is frozen. However, I agree with you on this assessment. Also important to note that during a press conference today, Kamala Harris stated that the United States is not "entangled" in a conflict with Russia. I think this further backs the assessment that NATO is staying out of this.
