Well, here in Sweden we had online maps of bomb shelters around the whole country for at least the last couple of years - but Russia might have a different mindset regarding them.

Maybe someone in Russia thinks Ukraine can hit Moscow? But with what is my question! I don't think any artillery can reach that far. Though I can't say for sure. Doubt any plane Ukraine has could make it that far into Russia too.

There is only a screenshot with no names and no means of confirmation. Posted by non-neutral source. There are also reports about SMS messages supposed to be from the local government (screenshots attached), insisting all males 18-55 must report to the local military offices or face prosecution. But pro-rebel sources that posted these pictures claim them to be false and a part of information warfare. It should also be noted that DPR/LPR citizens use both local and Ukrainian mobile networks, meaning Ukrainian government do have access to send such messages. Overall this is at very least an uncofirmed story unless there will be a more significant evidence besides an unidentified modified screenshot which is extremely easy to create.

Who says the false flag has to be in Ukraine?
 
reminds me of 2002, movie theater situation, couple of buildings. think this is what the americans are warning of, and ties into bomb shelter maps as well. bomb shelter and nuclear war talk, russians are not afraid of talking of this locally to drum up fears in the west, they did it with syria even in 2017 or so. not sure how much of this is that if any.
 
"Ukrainian backed terrorists have conducted an attack on Moscow metro stop" kind of situation. could be. could be just getting the fear up in russian public about supposed possible threat Ukrainians poses and something else happens elsewhere.
