To be 100% honest we as Americans are brainwashed at a young age and never taught of the good of other countries. When I was younger I swore to God Germany was still a Nazi powerhouse and the UK hated us, and Russia just wanted to nuke us...but seeing the shit we do to make nationalists so we can go kill other people is fucking crazy.
Citizen I agree with you, and the sentiment is there. Look at the cuban missile crisis and look at how pissed we were when Russia was on our border. Now we are on their border and they have no right to be mad. Every single country will brainwash their children to be a nationalist or try so that you'll be a loyal little soldier and die for the countries rich with no second thought.
You'll go fight for the rich for little to no reward because you are "protecting your country". We aren't protecting our people here when we kill innocent people and our brainwashed, nationalist kids are in a fully forigen country. How does that make sense...they fly here hijack a plane, you go into their country to fight them...it'll just piss them off more to the point they'll want to hit us againn.
We as Americans are so brainwashed to believe the garbage that we need to be there to protect here, and we are the moral high ground, and if we don't protect others they can't help themselves.
We need to understand that no culture Is superior as each has perks and benefits and we need to stop this hypocritical Bs on the mainstage. Nobody does anything for anyone unless there is a profit for them. A country won't give it's people the truth because you'll have less nationalists out to go fight a war. The key to winning a war is to prepetuate death, fear and get people hyped to go kill someone on the other side, when normally it's inhumane to do that in a public setting...but ohh no when you need to go protect billionaires and millionaires it's justified. I'm simply saying this because many people with no money or minimal investment in America act like they are...the shit..like dude you don't even have 400k in assets your a pawn. If a country invests in you, you're more likely to fight for I. If you create the illusion of threat or personal investment into a person, you can have more fighters.
I'm telling you right now if America came out and said If you get drafted and don't show up, your degree is now null..that's a lot more to me than saying "you'll be fined and put in jail and barred from federal service". It's all about your investments.
