This is not the last stage of mobilization.
The reserves are already trained in warfare.
Unless they need to learn how to use weapons that did not exist before. For example stingers.

This was to be expected and who cares what China has to say about Ukraine.

They have been staying rather clear of this crisis and rightfully so they got their own problems a tyrant government always is facing like poor fiscal management, crippling slowing economy, and their own little war they want with Taiwan too. They got no time to fool around with Russias little games in Europe.
