It does and it doesn't. It lists accurate information. The video tho... But couldn't quite make out what those aircraft are in the video. Posted here to see if anyone can see the legitimacy of it.

I am not knowledgeable in air operations, but if it seems strange to me that they fly in that formation over a hostile area, they should be doing evasive maneuvers and individual low passes.

First 4 jets are SU-57s also looks like 2 Tu-22m and multiple Tu-160 with air refueler

Gotcha. Something that catches my eye is that the camera movements are identical for a couple of the plane passes, which is hard to accomplish unless you edited the planes into the same empty sky. Some of the planes do not look like they really belong, their coloration is very off. Also, the sirens appear overlayed and play across all cuts.
Honestly this reminds me of the footage from the military parades

I am absolutely, utterly and completely upset about the whole situation and have zero motivation to post anything right now, but this one might be of your interest for further investigation.
NBC live news was taken down for 10 seconds. Glitched hard, then switched back to cable normal broadcasting. Then switched back to the breaking live broadcast.
