Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of July 12​

Since the start of the day, there have been 151 clashes on the front lines of Ukraine's war against Russian forces. The hottest areas remain the Pokrovsk and Lyman directions, informs the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russian forces launched 32 missile strikes and 70 air attacks. They used 104 guided aerial bombs and 1,292 kamikaze drones. Russian troops shelled Ukrainian positions and populated areas 4,066 times.

According to Ukraine's General Staff, Russian forces lost 1,070 soldiers between July 11 and July 12. In addition, Ukrainian troops destroyed 31 artillery systems, 245 drones, and 90 vehicles.

It appears Trump is fulfilling his campaign promise to force Ukraine to a peace treaty and then if Russia balked, giving everything military to the UA.

Russia will face a whopping 100 percent tariff

Secretary Lutnick clarified that Trump meant secondary tariffs; as in, 100% tariffs on China & India for trading with Russia. A far bigger deal than plain old tariffs on Russian trade!

Trump came through. Very impressed, though I do think it could've come sooner. Now for me to pay attention to my own country which will be tariffed . I think we're in deep trouble, honestly. Nobody can supply the quantity of oil we need for us to pivot this quickly haha.
