Maybe they’re just shit
Russia is not the great power many thought believing all that Russian propaganda garbage talk about their military. Though I have been for years saying it's all talk as it always has been in the past with them.

Russian missiles are very notorious for being inaccurate. Russian weapons period are crap.

Only reason why other nations buy Russian weapons is because the West won't sell them any so only leaves Russia, it's the reason why autocrats get their weapons only from Russia.

Nations would drop Russia in a heat beat for arms sales if they where given the choice to buy western weapons/systems.

All you have to do is look at Ukraine. Don't even need to say a word. Just look at Ukraine and tell me with a straight face Russia is still a regional or superpower. :ROFLMAO:
Yes, but it has the past legacy of the Soviet Union in rockets, space program. Iran has none of that. By the way, Iranian missiles are reverse technology from North Korean missiles, which as we know North Korean missiles are reverse technology from Soviet missiles. So it's all very strange.

It's most likly due to importer storage. These weapons where probably never serviced or had preventive maintenance done on them for many many years. Not to mention a bunch of other factors of neglect and corruption.

But not the same for Iran as their weapons are regular tested, used, maintained, newer, and have been for years.

It has that, but 60%. I raised this question if there's something going on, because it's weird. The tolerated seems to be 20%, but it would already be too high.

If the disorderly withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan, projected weakness of the USA, the situation of Russia in Ukraine is projected an incapacity of the Russian army, it can be generated by countries like Georgia, Azerbaijan and the opposition of Belarus decide to act.
