According to Santé Magazine, dimethylpolysiloxane is toxic in large quantities97. Sodium pyrophosphate, a transparent, colorless crystalline, not very toxic and irritant98. At home duplicate recipe's never work. You may know the ingredients but never the amount. The flavor is determined by how much of each ingredient is used, which a company will never disclose.
