That is unacceptable. It has always been unacceptable.
Given all the announcements about manufacturing ( PAC-3, AMMRAM and Stingers) being off shored to allied nations. A bolstering of energy resource redundancy. And statements from the Ankara summit. I suspect it’s safe to say NATO or at least most of it got the message

Luxembourg & Canada proposed establishing the Defence, Security and Resilience Bank, a multinational financial institution intended to mobilize private capital for security and defence industry investment. Nine countries committed to support the initiative during the NATO Summit in Ankara.
