Is part of the Russian game plan to create Alert Fatigue? Because this could all be noise before it reaches a signal.

Well that would depend if I felt they were a real threat.
So no if I perceived they were not going to resort to violence I would not.

Don’t misunderstand me these actions by Russia are very problematic

Wouldn't this belong in a different thread? No evidence to relate it here. Ukraine could be just as guilty as Russia or any independent hacking group from anywhere in the world. Assuming is never good enough.

Regardless whom is responsible, it involves the parties/subject related to this thread topic, which is NATO, which is again whom was attacked.

It wasn't terrorist, so not a terrorist subject. Wide-spread, multi-national attacks like these can only be funded or operated by state actors with statecraft skills & funding. Which narrows down the "whom" a lot.

But I am not going to argue antics anymore....

Looks like a proximity explosion (no sh*t! I know) however I am going to jump up the tallest tree and go way out on the skinny branches and say that looks all the world like a mini me EFP to moi 😎

Dropped from drones that would be super bad news to thin skins and irritating to disabling with a great deal of bad luck. This would explain the appearance, the size, the lack of shockwave and shrapnel damage on the cars.

I’m puzzled because even without a fragmentation collar (or case) there should have still been plenty of small hits on the cars. On fun sized HEAT rounds or the platter bombs I have seen there is shrapnel aplenty. My personal experience with EFP’s is limited. Language alert: Im looking at you, you Persian motherfucker

This is, from a drone wasted energy and perhaps a synthetic casing can somehow hold up for shaping and is then consumed?

Any highly experienced members out there?

I did see someone on twitter that posted a link to a tweet from a few weeks ago stating there was a potential sky king exercise this week, so probably something to do with that or just a routine visit.
