I think that the real risk is that Russia retaliates by hitting supply lines and storage sites outside of Ukraine, Poland for example. Something to definitely take seriously and hope this doesn't push the status quo to the point Putin feels the need to up the stakes and strike outside of Ukraine to send a message or prove a point.however I agree that if targets inside the Russian border are being hit then Putin may not take that lying down.
