I mean, they'd still rise either way. It would also be very cynical policy from the administration and certainly not increase its diplomatic standing and reputation if they pretended that negotiations are going well just for the markets to then strike.Does anyone else feel that this is all to game the markets before the big strike hits? I know there has been a massive air bridge going on between North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
