American mining company Critical Metals Corp has received formal approval from the Greenland government to acquire 70% of the Tanbreez deposit in southern Greenland.Estimated resource: 4.7 billion tonnes of rare earth bearing material.27% of those rare earths are heavy rare earth elements (dysprosium, terbium, yttrium ) the ones used in EV motors, wind turbines, and advanced military systems.
