I'm trying to see about additional--but my bandwidth is pretty well exhausted monitoring 8992 and also Wheelbarger. Even just going on DWS causes breakup of audio and typing is very slow.

These sessions could also serve as an intimidation. Sort of raising stakes. In theory they are for important announcements and decisions, so people would be expecting something big to happen. But also they could mean nothing. Remember last time when there was a crisis and we were also speculating about Russian invasion? We had a scheduled security council meeting. It literally ended with nothing. If I remember correctly, the whole crisis ended before that. So it could be this, or nothing, like the last time.

Also note the date is 22.02. This is 2 days past the most recent announced deadline for Russian invasion.
