Moving DEFCON levels is not done lightly and requires input from all staff members who live in different time zones. This is already being analyzed and discussed, and we should have a decision within a few hours.
SPAR17's official mission is to transport senior military and government officials. However, it is likely that it is in fact a Nightwatch plane.

Russia are losing , their using their nuclear arsenal to give them more power in terms of stopping interference and scaring Ukraine int conceiving , this was an obvious step if Russia didn’t get what they wanted right away, relax

No. It is a common precaution taken. It is part of a plan called "continuity of government." It is preparations made for the survival of the federal government in the event of an apocalypse.
Continuity of government plans have been executed routinely during crises, including during 9/11.

That account is 8 hours old, no one else is reporting this and I’m pretty sure these planes relocating GOV officials were on the move a few days ago also it seems like just som SOP preparations
8 hours old or not, it's a likely analysis given the totality of the circumstances. The movements of the aircraft in question are publicly available.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Government officials are taking precautions because of something Putin said. Right now, there isn't any reporting on any visible changes in strategic forces.

The thing is there are many times in history where the Russians were seconds away (figure of speech) from launching nukes and the west had no idea. We only found out decades later. This could be very much like one of those times IF nothing goes off first. DEFCON 3 would be prudent at this stage as the situation is fluid enough that things can escalate rapidly and without much warning.
