Interesting.
Maybe it is to be extra cautious as the fighting is only taking place just miles from the facility. But it has been like that for sometime.
Since nothing has really changed... Just wondering what has changed in Russian minds that they now perceive that depot to be under enough risk to move them.

Sorry - there was a report earlier that Russian defectors to the Ukraine side has taken a couple of towns in the Belgorod region. I wondered if they are the same people that are the 'terrorists' in this situation?
