Yes in the literal sense, that is a breach of a ceasefire, yes. I am more suggesting the diplomatic approach that is, “everyone gets one”.

It could have been one rouge Hamas terrorist or it could have been an actual probe to see what reaction would occur, but unless there is more aggression from Hamas, this one will probably be allowed to slide.

To be entirely fair, it could be quite easy for militants to ditch their weapons and act as civilians in order to get the USAID MREs, it's not like they check who could potentially be a militant when handing them out unless they are explicitly armed. Probably not handled by USAID employees either when in Gaza either.

This had better be the best thing the world has ever seen. I’m VERY, VERY (did I say very?) much in disagreement with us having anything to do with anything over there, but because my logical brain takes over, I understand the WHY.

There’s a half a trillion of resources under Gaza. That, and in a decade or even sooner make it a joint Israeli/US territory. #tourism #condos

Ughhh damnit. I just want us out of that whole shithole all together. But fine…pretty buildings and great beaches and a limitless tap of oil and other resources….fine fine fine.

It would appear to be a glass 1/2 full/empty situation.
There appeared to be a serious snag in the latest hostage release.
Trump threatens to unleash hell if “all” hostages aren’t released.

1/2 full = hostages realeased relating to original plan
1/2 empty = not all hostages released, no unleashing of hell.

When D.J Trump talks….people listen.

Makings of a compromise Solution. I’m sure the Palestinian Authority AND Lebanon have looked at what’s happened to Gaza and Hezbollah ans well ans Syria and ask if it’s worth it.
Especially with the overt messages that Trump has been sending to Israel to do what you need to end this and just now regarding Iranian nuclear sites. Israel has proven they can strike at will anywhere in Iran. The gloves are off.

Amnesty, if you don't have the sensitivity today to mourn the elderly and the young brutally seized by Hamas on 10/7 without linking them to terrorist suspects in Israeli prisons, then you've made it very clear: your humanity is lacking & you are in no way promoting human rights.
