by accident or design it is definitely happeningIt more-so sounds like she’s accusing NATO of using Ukraine as a testing ground for weapons development, which is a frequently repeated line by the Russians. Why I say it could be a “good” thing is because Lavrov and company were accusing us of “breaking” the Anchorage agreements. If both Putin and Trump say no deal was reached, then no deal was reached; perhaps paving the way for future negotiations.Don’t know if this is a good thing or bad thing…..
