US Embassy Baghdad says Iran-aligned militias still planning attacks.
The Iranian news agency Tasnim quoted sources as saying that "as of now, there has been no change in Iran's decision not to participate in the negotiations." According to Tasnim, the sources said that "Iran's participation is conditional on meeting preconditions. The issue of the naval blockade is a major obstacle.”
