“Massive attack coming… wait, never mind, they want to negotiate.”That’s theater diplomacy on loop.Using bullying + broken promises + fake news as leverage is a failed strategy.Acknowledge the facts and fulfill your commitments. We don’t need more theater.

Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan sign a joint defense agreement in Saudi Arabia tomorrow.
-Two regional sources with direct knowledge tell Reuters the signing happens tomorrow in Saudi Arabia, with Erdogan flying in for a one-day working visit to meet MBS and Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif-It builds on the Saudi-Pakistan pact signed in Riyadh in September 2025, which treats an attack on one as an attack on both
-Turkish sources have signaled their version stops short of NATO-style guarantees and focuses on defense industry cooperation, which matters because Turkey is still a NATO member
-The groundwork is already laid: Erdogan's February trip to Riyadh produced deals on the KAAN stealth fighter, helicopters and unmanned naval platforms-Analysts trace the whole project to two moments when Washington did nothing, the 2019 Iranian drone strikes on Saudi oil and the 2025 Israeli strike on Qatar
Look at what's actually assembling here. Pakistan's nuclear arsenal, Turkey's defense industry, and Saudi money, tied together without Washington in the room. Saudi Arabia says intelligence points to preparations for coordinated attacks backed by Iran. The warning comes despite ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at reducing regional tensions.According to Al Arabiya, a senior Saudi official said intelligence reports indicate coordination between Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Iran-backed militias in Iraq, and the Houthis in Yemen to prepare potential attacks against Saudi Arabia.
The official described the intelligence as particularly concerning because it comes at a time when Riyadh is actively pursuing de-escalation and peaceful solutions, with negotiations reportedly making positive progress. He emphasized that Saudi Arabia will not hesitate to take all necessary measures to respond to any act of aggression against the Kingdom.
The warning highlights the fragile security environment in the Gulf, where diplomatic efforts continue alongside persistent concerns over the potential for a broader regional escalation.

A senior source told Al Arabiya/Al Hadath that Oman & Iran agreed on the broad outlines of a temporary reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, pending approval by Iran’s Supreme National Security Council.

The proposed arrangement would last 60 days with no transit fees. Inbound ships would use the lane closest to Iran, while outbound vessels would use the lane closest to Oman. The central lane would be addressed later following mine clearance and other technical measures.

An announcement could come within days if Iranian approval is granted.

Iran sets conditions for opening Strait of Hormuz after UAE says one of its ships was targeted by airstrike

Iran on Saturday laid out sweeping demands to the U.S. for reopening the Strait of Hormuz, according to media reports.

The Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, Mohammad Bagher Zolghadr, said Saturday that reopening the strait would require Washington to lift its naval blockade and sanctions, withdraw U.S. military forces from the region, pay war reparations, and release frozen Iranian assets.

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company said one of its vessels was targeted by a missile while moving through the Strait of Hormuz.

Iran said technical and legal talks with Oman were close to producing a temporary shipping route through the Strait of Hormuz. A U.S. official said Washington would lift its blockade of Iranian ports after an agreement restoring unimpeded commercial traffic is announced and implemented.

Iran’s Supreme National Security Council secretary separately conditioned reopening on an end to U.S. hostilities, withdrawal of nearby U.S. forces, removal of sanctions and the blockade, release of frozen assets & compensation for war damage.

The IRGC said reopening remains dependent on U.S. acceptance of Iranian conditions, while an Iranian Army spokesman called Tehran’s new shipping control regime irreversible.

No signed text, route map, inspection authority, effective date or operator instructions have been released.
