I mean I believe it. Hezbollah didn't follow the first few ceasefires over the past almost half of century if I'm not mistaken... why would they start following CFs now?

Also if Israel decides to stay in Lebanese southern territory tomorrow as they intend to convey a meeting over tomorrow then you can guarantee the wars back on regardless as that was Hezbollah main sticking point that IDF withdraw from Lebanon.

The IDF is not allowed to leave Lebanon on Sunday. The Lebanese side violated the agreement. There is no real deployment of the Lebanese army along the border, and it is unable to control Hezbollah or disarm it. Withdrawal under these conditions is a serious mistake that endangers the residents of the north.

The Israeli government has instructed the IDF not to withdraw from the eastern sector of South Lebanon, despite the end of the 60-day ceasefire trial period, which concludes on Sunday.
Israel is in talks with the new U.S. admin to secure additional time for a full withdrawal from Lebanon—ranging from several days to weeks, according to senior IDF officials.
In the western sector of northern Israel, along the Lebanon border, the IDF has begun redeploying in accordance with an agreement signed with the Lebanese government. However, in the eastern sector, forces remain active, continuing operations against Hezbollah.
The IDF is preparing for potential Hezbollah attempts to undermine the ceasefire due to the continued Israeli presence in South Lebanon, as well as efforts by Lebanese civilians to return to villages in the eastern sector still under IDF control after the trial period.
Israeli officials claim that the Lebanese Army’s ability to effectively deploy in the eastern sector and dismantle Hezbollah infrastructure, as agreed, remains insufficient.
IDF sources told @ItayBlumental that they observe efforts by the Lebanese Army to establish control in the area, but it continues to face challenges from Hezbollah and “requires more time to strengthen.”.
