Israel Ceasefire Deal Details:

0️⃣1️⃣
  • -Israel and Lebanon will recognize the importance of UN Security Council Resolution 1701.
0️⃣2️⃣
  • -Aside from UNIFIL, the LAF will be the only armed force in south Lebanon along what's being termed "Line A.".
0️⃣3️⃣
  • -All weapons sales or production to or in Lebanon will be overseen by the Lebanese Government.
0️⃣4️⃣
  • -The Lebanese Government will provide the necessary authority to the Lebanese security forces.
0️⃣5️⃣
  • -Oversight of transfers of weapons via Lebanese borders.
0️⃣6️⃣
  • Ceasefire deal contents "counted".
0️⃣7️⃣
  • -Oversight over officially unrecognized installations and weapons productions facilities and their dismantlement.
0️⃣8️⃣
  • -Dismantlement of every armed infrastructure that is not in compliance with the obligations under the deal and located below Line A.
0️⃣9️⃣
  • -Israel will withdraw its forces from south Lebanon within seven days, to be replaced by the LAF.

  • -LAF will deploy its forces along all borders and border crossings.

  • -Within 60 days of the deal going into effect, Lebanon will have to disarm every unofficial military organization in south Lebanon.

This sounds like they setting them up for failure. Lebanon government cannot on its own remove Hezbollah and disarm them. Let alone the dozens of other smaller terror organizations within its borders...

That's what I'm thinking. A lot of wishful thinking in there.

But maybe, without support from the government, Hezbollah will have to find a new home.

For those wondering begins 9pm Eastern Standard time. You can do math from there if you live further from the east coast for when it begins in your time. ;)
