"Seeking the ways to resolve the conflict in war-ravaged Yemen, the country's permanent representative to the United Nations has expressed the willingness to talk on the ongoing crisis with Moscow. ... Yemen’s permanent representative to the United Nations, told Sputnik that he is willing to go to Russia if invited for discussions on the conflict in his country as well as on relations between the two countries ... 'I can go anywhere to talk' ... noted that Yemen and Russia are strategic partners and have very good working relations ... 'Russia built the modern nation in Yemen, contributed from the beginning, from the Soviet Union, in the nation building process and we will always appreciate the Russian contribution to peace and stability'"

"Russia hopes that another meeting on Yemen should take place in the near future ... Russian Ambassador ... 'The Yemeni crisis is rooted not only in domestic problems but in external factors as well' ... a number of countries are seeking to use this crisis as a pretext to impose international sanctions against the leaders of some of Yemeni forces or to impose economic settlement schemes designed by the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund ... 'This is what triggered the Houthi rebellion' ... 'It is easy to unleash a war but it is much more difficult to stop it' ... 'The latest intra-Yemeni meeting' ... was held on the basis of an agenda agreed by the UN Secretary-General’s special envoy' ... 'It was the first direct contact between the conflicting parties' ... 'the parties have been trying to link the talks with preconditions.' ... 'Houthi rebels' ... 'insist on the termination of bombardments, while the government demands' ... 'the release of all political prisoners being held by the Houthis and the lifting of siege from' ... 'Taiz' ... 'Russia is urging all parties to overcome technical problems as soon as possible. It stresses the fact that putting forward any preconditions would be counter-productive.' ... 'It is to be hoped the Yemenis in Sana and Riyadh develop the awareness there can be no military solution to the conflict and another meeting should take place no matter what in the near future. We hope this will be so' ... 'The ambassador also pointed out that Arab countries are beginning to understand the difference between the regional policy of Russia and Western partners, primarily the United States, more clearly. 'The Yemeni crisis is, undoubtedly, one of the links in the so-called ‘Arab Spring’ that swept the Middle East in 2011' ... 'The attempts of the West to impose its own agenda on the Arab people did take place and are occurring now stimulating the growth of the crisis' ... 'I would not like to slide into ideological formats, but people in the Arab world are beginning to understand more clearly the difference between the regional policy of Russia and Western partners, above all, the United States' ... 'the West still finds it hard to perceive the emerging polycentric world order, and sometimes cannot get rid of the obsession to topple the unwanted regimes and attempts to ‘appoint’ regional government leaders at its own discretion'"

Well it looks that yemen goverment ask russia no to help iran....
Maybe, but while it's not clear what Russia might hope to achieve in Yemen, it is clear that Russia means to maintain the alliance with Iran. The Russians behave as though they simply oppose western influence in Aden and desire an end to the conflict as a status-quo, Iran may hold influence over Sanaa, in which case a Houthi victory could be in Russia's strategic interests. It's not clear if Iran does have effective influence over the Houthis, but it would make sense if they do, given that the Houthi's are fighting west-backed Aden and simultaneously fighting Iran's nemesis in Saudi Arabia.
