Catapulting Rockets Into Space Instead of Using Rocket Fuel

This is a very interesting concept too.
"Military inventors filed plans for a highly unusual flying machine which uses an ‘inertial mass reduction device’ to travel at ‘extreme speeds’.
It is possible to reduce the inertial mass and hence the gravitational mass, of a system/object in motion, by an abrupt perturbation of the non-linear background of local spacetime,’ the patent says.
The craft described in the patent features a cavity wall filled with gas, which is then made to vibrate using powerful electromagnetic waves.
This then creates a vacuum around the craft, allowing it to propel itself at high speeds.
The UFO-style ship can be used in water, air or even space."

Everything in space that has it's own momentum will start to tumble and spin and this effect is called g-force.
Rotation causes gravity and probably airpressure unless you operate in space itself, which is even worse.
Have to disagree with the rotation statement. Gravity is a form of magnetism or electrical energy.

It's just that you don't know what and how this works, at least every metal object is magnetic but just very slight.
Any movement will shift the magnetic field around an object and emits energy.

Gravity is a non-contact force, a bit like magnetism.
However I think it's misleading to call Gravity a form of magnetism or electrical energy.
Gravity is in and of itself a fundamental interaction. Electromagnetism is a different type of fundamental interaction.
They are two very separate types of interaction, Gravity is a much weaker force than electromagnetism and really is only relevant on planetary scales.

I thought gravity exists because we're "moving through" space & time. Without spacetime there would be no gravity.

I'm sure I am way off. But read something about it in a sense awhile back.
We can model it thanks to Einstein, we know that gravity is just the effect of the curvature of spacetime, but the truth is:

We don't know why mass equates to gravity, in fact there's a lot we don't know about gravity!

Although there are some interesting theories.

Although I hope we solve it in my lifetime as I'd love to know the truth.
I mean, there's a lot of unsolved physics questions I'd love to know the answers to. There's an entire wiki page devoted to them!
There's a Nobel prize to any of you if you solve them!

Take a simple wire, hook it to a volt ohm meter, run the magnet over the wire and see what happens. YOu'll see there is a relation, and yes, I'd say that gravety is certainly much much weaker, but no matter how you look at it--gravity is still a form of energy, Want to magnetize a non magnetized screwdriver?? just wrap a few rounds of wire around the screwdriver, and then take the two ends of the wire, and strike it across a battery. It doesn't have to remain energized, but for a day or so, you now have a magnetic screwdriver. Want to demagnetize that same screwdriver??? just strike it against something hard. Then, it's back to the original.

I'm certainly ignorant when it comes to physics. Never studied it, but just even take the human body. Look at the brain scans, or heartbeats on a scope. We are electric beings (poor definition, but true) There is no activity from someone who is dead.
