New statement from Sergei Ryabkov - deputy of the Minister of External Affairs.
The Russian Federation is not going to provide additional guarantees of non-aggression against Ukraine and fulfill the requirements of the United States regarding the maneuvers of Russian troops near the Ukrainian borders, considering them inappropriate, Sergei Ryabkov said.

NATO's top general has suggested the alliance should establish a military presence in Bulgaria and Romania following Russia's troop build-up near the border with Ukraine, German newspaper Spiegel reported on Saturday.

It said the proposals made by Tod Wolters, NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe, would in effect expand the alliance's "Enhanced Forward Presence" mission under which it has deployed military forces to the Baltic states and eastern Poland.

Der Spiegel did not directly quote Wolters. It said it had "information" that Wolters had "called for a reinforcement of troops on the eastern border" of NATO during a video link with military chiefs of "partner nations".

TASS 18.12.2021. Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Alexandr Grushko: We are close to the moment of truth in our relationships with the alliance. If NATO will refuse our proposals, we will switch to this mode of creating counter-threats. But then it will be too late to ask us why we made such and such decisions, why we placed such systems there, why and why,

Does Putin want a war in every case? After ive read the newest publications in german newspaper i start to think this is the case... i hope iam wrong as hell

This is from an article in a german newspaper, translated with google:

Putin's demands on the USA and NATO. Accordingly, the West should:

► Exclude further NATO expansion and Ukraine's accession to the alliance.
Interesting too

► Do not station additional military personnel or weapons in NATO countries that joined the alliance after May 1997, except in exceptional cases with the consent of Russia.

► abandon all planned activities in Ukraine, Eastern Europe, Transcaucasia and Central Asia.

► Do not use medium and short-range missiles where they can hit the other side's territory.

► Do not carry out exercises and other actions with more than one brigade in the agreed border zone.

► confirm that NATO and Russia do not see each other as opponents, consolidate the agreement for the peaceful settlement of all disputes and refrain from using force.

► pledges not to create any dying that could be considered a threat by other parties.

Well, considering that Russia came out and said point blank they don't intend to invade, it's hard to make further guarantees.

The problem is, Russia kind of walked back that statement by saying there could be reasons for invasion.

Associated Press. Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russia Sergey Ryabkov: NATO’s moves have become increasingly provocative, “balancing on the edge of war.” Russia now wants to hear a Western response before upping the ante.

But what’s weird, they continuously state that this is just a training exercise and that they don’t plan on invading Ukraine (From the past 6 days) with 1 day of saying “Well, we could.”

It’s a weird situation that’s for sure.

Britain's high-readiness aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth will sail today for the Arctic Circle to support a secret multinational cargo mission, it has been revealed.

Remember the question I proposed last week? This has to be a post WW2 record turn around time. Britian is leading NATO now, that's for dam sure. I wonder if any US carriers have quietly slipped out of port?

Tired and might have just fell for a very irrisponible Christmas joke but keep an eye on this ship regaurdless. It might not be so funny when its ass of a media team gets yanked off ms rotten crotch and told to report for duty in the Barent sea lol.
