Its not always that simple. A strong reaction is good. Going overboard almost certainly plays into Putins “war against the west” narrative, which is not just for Russians. Im just saying reactions need to be made with cool heads and understanding that war is not that simple.

Yes. Looks like its going as planned and in 'full swing'. Biggest risk here is miscalculation. Neither side wants a war. So not to much to worry about. This is now just the new status quo...
I honestly don’t think Russia has truly miscalculated yet, save for the international response to the initial invasion. If Russia really miscalculated we (NATO) would be in an active engagement with them at present - not just in name only.

Blowing Trump off, rejecting a favourable deal, invading Ukraine in the first place are all massive miscalculations IMO.
