The Palestinian Authority and the armed groups of Jenin have begun implementing an agreement to end the hostilities between the two in the camp. Currently, the Palestinian police are managing to enter the refugee camp and are removing the explosive devices from inside the refugee camp.

“The Government has approved the framework for the return of the hostages. The framework for the hostages’ release will come into effect on Sunday, January 19, 2025. Shabbat Shalom,” Netanyahu’s office said in a brief statement.
 
The good news is that these “camps” were temporarily and never expected to be come permanent. As such there were no real building codes followed and it was a massive sh*thole.

Now with at least 60% of it destroyed and most of what’s left ranging from badly damaged to only somewhat destroyed, this becomes a gift: urban renewal on an epic scale gratis by their friends and neighbors, the chosen people.

Just next time Israel needs to do it completely and properly. Scortched earth policy then let it lay fallow and unused. If nothing and no one left then no camps or anything to worry about. Just make it clear to all that will be the policy enforced and do it quickly before the goons in the UN are able to respond.
