Haiti Unrest - Canadian Special Forces On Ground

After listening to all the griping regarding Ukraine and should the US be involved or not. I say ignore it let them burn murder and rape their country into the Paleolithic.
Just denote it on air and sea navigation as a unrestrained war zone and do not enter do not call for help.
 
More then tens of thousands have already fled Haiti. 60 percent of the capital is now under gang control. We need to get a handle on it now before we have a giant refugee crisis in Central and Northern America being flooded with Haitian refugees.

Our borders are already intercepting record breaking amounts of people crossing the border, this is just going to make a already bad situation on our southern border and our southern states into a humanitarian emergency if Hati is aloud to descend any further into complete Anarchy....

Not my problem isn’t that what we hear all the time. Treat them like a leper colony and let attrition do it’s thing.

Haiti is a textbook example of why foreign aid and charity does not work.
This is a forty year reoccurring issue.
The aid and charity work and interventions just perpetuate the problem.
And it all started when do gooders wanted to replace a heavy handed leader with a more democratic one, and it’s been a spiraling CF ever since.

Respectfully no. People keep complaining about our souther border under attack virtually by a overwhelming record breaking march of people into the US from our southern border/states.

We can barely manage our current record breaking influx of migrants and refugees. If Haiti is aloud to fully descend into chaos the repercussions will be too much for the southern states to handle. We are already at capacity in managing the enormous amount of migrants and refugees already coming.

Not sure if you live in a souther state like me but our capacity is way over its limit already in trying to manage, process, feed, house, and return these migrants. I'm sorry but our system can't handle Haiti descending into total anarchy.

No one is talking about nation building. It's just to stop or kill the gangs so they can the people of Haiti (not us) set up a somewhat functional government that can at minimum keep the peace or a sense of order.

I wonder what the Dominican Republic is going to do, seeing as how they are more immediately affected by this crisis.

Haiti has been firmly in "failed state" territory for decades, so I'm, sadly, not surprised by this turn of events...

They aren't going to intervene, but they have completely closed their land border and anyone crossing is subject to violence by Dominican border guards. The Dominican Republic has basically took a stance of, do everything in their power to not let anything Hati into the country.
