If this is actually a false document if you look at his facial expression being a smirk. It would be interesting if the combatant death numbers are for each sides less than or around 2500 for each side because you can’t expect soldiers to count correctly especially Eastern European soldiers.

The individual is safely out of the country. Typically before any of this happens they appeal to the whistleblower's program and get ignored, now they blow a whistle and everyone is mad. If the program acknowledged the individual and the problems they are facing instead of punishing them off the rip maybe this wouldn't happen.

If we threaten the individual it's going to be worse than it already is. This individual leaked a Ukrainian paper and if he has a lot more we should be afraid of threatening the individual or group.
and if we are 100% honest in this situation more and more information is being leaked showing that we have an underlying issue that me and both of us won't understand.


Individuals before doing something like this state they are unhappy and state why they aren't happy with something. The fact that this individual is the high-level military has to speak volumes with what route they took and what they did to try and resolve it before going through with their actions. With them being high-level military they likely have a family history in the military/America itself.
If you're a first-generation member of the forces you likely are cannon fodder, you likely won't have access to many of the benefits the military offers due to a lack of an established network till really really late in your career, or not at all.
First-generation military members typically don't get much of the success of members who have family that served or attained some type of success..they are typically the ones who get put in a risky spot or a lower-end spot.

This individual was likely 2-4th (more likely 3-4th generation) and they were unhappy and tried to speak up and were ignored. Sadly these individual/individuals' children won't be trusted once they or if they do federal service.
 
They can find them, but they are already safely out of the country; they aren't coming back.
