Nato Members May Send Troops To Ukraine, Warns Former Alliance Chief

Worse. At least in the West you have some independence. Independence in Russia leads to being falling out a window.

At least in the West, propaganda is self-imposed. In Russia, the government forces it on you.
So American government doesn't force propaganda? Doesn't force ideology?
Obviously doesn't force illegal immigrants in masses to enter the country yet ignores the hardships caused to its own people offering more to illegal immigrants. What propaganda does your government advertise to its population on the issue. Humanitarian support? If so is it truly accepted? The list of so called assassinations in Russia are a majority gunshots yet Windows and poisoning seem to be the favourites or most memorable 🙄🤷🏻‍♂️ . Ukraine government is far from democratic . Yet media drum it into everyone they are the gold standard 🤣😂🤣🙄. Democracy is fast becoming a thing of history. Western governments show this in so many ways. More restrictions, less opinions, anything against the western governments narrative is now disinformation-misinformation. Privacy fast diminishing for national security claims. Etc the list is long and growing constantly towards the destruction of democracy. It hardly exists now. Look back 2-4 decades ago to now . Imagine 1-2 decades what's left of choice and freedom in the west. Does European elections actually exist for the population or is it predetermined by a minority,? Two party major players exist now in many western countries.
The west is seeking the benefits of its so called enemies political systems and adopting them slowly right under your noses but the sense of smell has been affected by something? Maybe 5 -10 years we can pull this discussion again and justify actions of governments from consequences they caused .

Force? idk. I mean, we're talking a difference between a gun (Russia) and not a gun (US). If you want to believe that the US uses a gun on the media, that is certainly your prerogative. I don't think it goes that far. Certainly not as far as Russia goes.

Doesn't force ideology?
Force? No. The media is willingly compliant.

Ukraine government is far from democratic
No one said it was. Just like Kuwait wasn't democratic. But like Bush said to Kuwait, this wasn't about installing a democracy. This was about repelling an invader.

Seen plenty of RT and never noticed a gun, a concerned expression or fear on a reporter.
Yes Russian government owns media there.
Than again US has government regulatory body aswell (FCC )even though mainstream media is pretty much owned by movie makers 🤔🤭🤷🏻‍♂️ but true once again havn't noticed a gun , concern or fear in US media either. American and European media constantly refer to Ukraine as a democracy. But I agree it is far from it. I understand no need to threaten reporters with guns considering media ownerships and if you do you won't work for another major media outlet in this country easily works i guess. Obviously happens. Intimidation comes in many forms and can be just as feared as each type depending on the individual.

How much were Russians really under threat and how much was propaganda?

Remember, this was the same excuse Germany used.

And last I saw, Russia has a lot of land for those who think they are being persecuted.

In fact what happened in Germany was actually the result of Treaty of Versailles in which Germany was humiliated without pay attention on its reasons.
And why someone who is persecuted is supposed to must leave its home?

The problem with people who willingly impose propaganda upon themselves is that sooner or later they start thinking it should also be forcefully imposed upon others. Sometimes it takes a long time, and a handful are entirely immune, but by and large the masses just willingly tumble down that Nietzschean abyss. Russia is an example; after all - it did have free press for a while after '91.

I monitor Russian propaganda (RT, RIA, KP etc.) and I also monitor what I consider to be mainstream US propaganda outlets. What strikes me is that the latter are... for lack of a better word - dumber. There appears to be this prevailing sense that sure, we can feed you any rotten tripe because you came here willingly and will swallow it willingly, so there's no point in even trying too hard.

In comparison - Russian outlets are significantly more subtle. There are far fewer "Zis is vat you must believe!" moments on Russian TV than there are on American TV. Lies are couched in half-truths and seldom served raw. Justifications are offered in abundance. "Journalists" try to pretend they actually respect the viewer.

I suppose it is simply much easier to lie to a willing audience than to a reluctant one. 💁‍♂️

How many Russian men fled Russia to avoid being drafted?
Please just stop pretending Russia is more innocent or whatever. Is their corruption and disparities in the west. How many complaints of mine do i need to cite that criticizes my government to prove this is a known reality.

This is a POWER Struggle nothing more nothing less.
Sorry your unhappy its been unfair to Russia, due mostly in part to the failures of its leaders and ossified system.
Ukraines gov is imperfect, yes. They have 100 years of Russian tutelage to unlearn.

Is there Pravda media in the US well duh, that’s a moot point and irrelevant to the argument because the informations is out there and can be sourced easily outside of MSN. So your open ended what if arguments are empty conspiratorial statements of what ifs.
Not a coherent argument just a twitter or telegram post
